Planning Commission of the jity of
Burlingame held in th3 City Hall, on
September 24, 1942, at 7:30 P. M.
Members present: J. H. Mitchell, W. A. Brown,
D. A. Stivers, H. 100s, A. J. Rapp and Dr. H. W.
Macomber. Absent: G. Coiaman, J Matson, C. L.
Longson and Y. D. Anderson.
A letter was read from the pity Council, asking
that a survey be make of the Parking Area, a re-
port made on their condition and cost of work
necessary to put them in condition.
In the absence of Mr. Lon6son, action was witheld
for the time being.
Other matters disnus2=ed were referred to Mr. Mitchell
to report to th uouncil direct. copy of Mr.
Mitchell's letter is attaohod harato.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P. M.
