If the product is stored as a solid, report quantities in Ibs. If the product is stored as a liquid, change the hazardous material type to liquid and report quantities in gallons. Chlorine should be reported in Ibs because it is on the EHS (Extremely Hazardous Substances) list. Keep the hazardous materials type listed as gas if thaYs how iYs stored, but report the quantity in Ibs by conversion. Additionally, there are compressed gases on site that were not reported. Argon, Nitrogen and ArgoNCO2 welding gases were stored throughout the facility. Update inventory and map to include any compressed gases which are stored in quantities of 200 cubic feet or above. This application was to allow an exception for height at 8U1 Crossway Road, zoned R-1. The October 24, 1994 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the following conditions: 1, that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped, september 22, 1994, Site Plan; 2. tbat the conditions of the Associate Civil Engineer's memo shall be met; and 3. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by the City of' Burlingame. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year durir�� which time a building permit must be issued.
