This application was to allow an incr.ease in the existing 6' sideyard fence between 740/744 Crossway Road. The August 24, 1981 minutes of the Planning Commission state this Fence Exception was granted as follows: "construction of a 6' high redwood fence on top of a 2" x 12" bulkhead and a temporary 1'-0" high extension of that permanent fence to be made out of redwood material.which shall be a lattice type configuration, final details to be approved by the 8urlingame Building Department." Erection of the fence wi71 require separate application to the Building Department.
