Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish
to advise the August 24, 1981 Planning Comrnission approval of your Fence
Exception application became effective September 9, 1981.
This application was to allow an incr.ease in the existing 6' sideyard
fence between 740/744 Crossway Road. The August 24, 1981 minutes of the
Planning Commission state this Fence Exception was granted as follows:
"construction of a 6' high redwood fence on top of a 2" x 12"
bulkhead and a temporary 1'-0" high extension of that permanent
fence to be made out of redwood material.which shall be a lattice
type configuration, final details to be approved by the 8urlingame
Building Department."
Erection of the fence wi71 require separate application to the Building
Department.
