Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ishizaki:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the
December 9, 1991 Planning Commission denial of your variance
application became effective January 7, 1992. This application was to
allow a parking variance for.a substandard garage for a second floor
addition at 725 Crossway Road, zoned R-1.
Under city code you may not reapply for this project for a period of
one year from the effective date of this denial, e.g., January 7, 1993.
