Dear Mr. Freethy:
At their meeting of April 17, 1989 the City Council held an appeal
hearing on your application for a parking variance at 125 Crescent
Avenue, zoned R-1.
Following a public hearing Council denied your application without
prejudice. A denial without prejudice allows you to come back to
the Planning Commission for reapplication without another fee
within a reasonable time, 90 days. Council directed specifically
that your resubmittal provide two covered on -site parking spaces:
