Commission of the Sity of Burlingame,
held in the City Ball, on Thursday even-
ing, June 27, 1941. v
The meeting was called to order at 7 330 P. I: . , Jas.
H. Mitchell, presiding. Members present: C. A. Ruck,
C. L. Longson, Jas. Watson, Harrison moles, G. A.
Brown and C. Macdonald. Absent: A. J. Rapp, Dr. H.
Wade Macomber and 1. Karmel.
Mr. Watson reported that mr. Barbers, had withdrawn
his request to build an Kartment House and Garage
at toyan Avenue and bayshore..
The Application of Mr. Frank J. Regan for a permit to
erect a plumbing shop and warehouse on lots 14, 15
and 16, .in block #9, toyan :venue, was approved.
Messrs Gould, o arman, muckleston and Singleton urged
the Commission to reconsider its previous action in
denying an application to rezone to Second Residential
blocks 3, 4 and 6, villa Park Subdivision, and in-
vited the Members to make a personal survey of the
conditions existing. -
`i'he Ohairman,in reply, stated that the matter would
be giver, earnest consideration by the Commission.
The Seoretary was requested to take up with the
Council and Mr. Karmel to frame an ordinance regulat-
ing the Night of menses and.Hedges.
It was rosolved to suspend the duly m.eaKng in view
of 'vacation.
The meetin6 adjourned at 9:30 P. h,
