LEASE
The Lessor, EARL E. SWANSON, does hereby lease to
the LESSEE, AIRPORT MARINA HOTEL, the rear 400 square feet
of office space at 866 BURLWAY ROAD, BURLINGAME, CALIF.,
with rights to the sign on the roof of the building imme-
diately over the office space:
TERM:
� The term will be 12 (twelve) months commencing
October lst, 1975, and ending September 30th, 1976. Option
�
for renewal at rent to be negotiated.
RENTAL:
$400.00 (four hundred dollars) per month payable on
first of each month. Lessee to pay first and last months'
rent $500.00 (eight hundred dollars)upon acceptance of lease.
Monthly payments to be mailed to �2 Lane Place, Atherton,
Califoznia. ' �
UTILITIES:
Lessee will have installed a separate PG&E electricity
meter solely for the sign and pay all installation costs.
Meter to be in Lessee's name and liable for monthly electricity
expense.

REPAIRS:
Lessee shall, at his sole cost, keep and maintain said
premfses, including the sign and pay for any damage to the
roof over 400 sq. ft.of the office area. �
TERMZNA�ION:
Lessee, upon tertnination of this lease, shall remove
all letters from the siqn and repair any damage resulting in
use of sign.

LETTERS:
The letters for the sign presently stored in the
`` office area below the sign are to be used by Lessee. Any
additional letters required shall be at the sole expense
� of Lessee.
