At their July 25 hearing the Planning Commission will review your information and
make findings to support their approval or denial of your application to ooerate a
truck rental agency. If the information you submit is inadequate or of such nature
that the present car rental agency is determined to be significantly different from
the business approved with the 1975 Special Permit, then staff may recommend that the
Commission consider the revocation of your company's present permit at their July 25
meeiing.
If you feel that clarification of any of the above points or information requested
would be helpful, please contact me or Wayne Swan at telephone no. 342-8931, Ext. 27/28.
