This letter is pursuant to our conversation earlier this week,
relative to the operation that Loomis Courier Service is presently
performing at 803 Burlway Road.
Loomis Courier Service is performing a small satellite air ope-
ration in support of our San Francisco branch. We provide pickup
and delivery service for business documents to and from San Francisco
Airport. In some cases, the media is held in transit for short pe-
riods of time at 808 Burlway xoad and then reshipped.
The lease that we hold at 808 Burlway totals 4400 square feet
of space (see attached floor plan).
Approximately 500 square feet is used for the handling and re-
shipping of the business documents. The facility has 11 office
spaces available. Of the 11, four (4) are empty, six (6) are used
as offices and one (1) is used as a worldwide communications center.
'l�he predominant use of this facility is administrative, rather than
courier service.
Since we are operating on a 24-hour-a-day basis, seven (7) days
a week, the maximum number of employees on duty at anytime is nine
(9). Average parking spaces required is usually seven (7) because
two (2) employees ��se public transport.
Presently, we have four (4) Ford Econoline vans in use at Bur-
lingame. The vans are serviced (maintenance) at our San Francisco
maintenance shop. Fueling and washing is done at a local Shell station.
