City'Clerk . �� _ i u , • A CITY' OF BURLINGAME RESOLUTION 89-86 "EXHIBIT A" Conditions of approval, special permit for office use at Hoover School, 2220 Surranit Drive (effective August 5, 1986) Property owner: Burlingame Elementary School District 2303 Trousdale Drive Burlingame, CA 94010 1. that the area leased for office use shall not exceed 939 SF and shall be limited in use to 9:00 A.M, to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, with a maximum of two full time and one part time employees; 2. that all parking shall be provided in marked spaces on site, and.no staff or visitors shall use the parking on the Hutnick easement; 3. that the joint use of the bathroom facilities shall be satisfactorily worked out with other tenants on the site; and 4. that this use permit shall be amended for any changes in operation, a amount of space leased or number of employees and shall be reviewed C for compliance with required conditions in one year (July, 1987). v � G: ,O: ��_C.I I_l-- ; Y.� � .
