HomeMy WebLinkAbout2220 Summit Drive 2 of 4 - Approval Letter��'E U.;.�� 0 � ��.L�'.LtYC.��IYI'C¢ SAN MATEO GOUNTY CITY NALL-501 PRIMROSE ROAO BURLINGAME� GALIFORNIA 940�0 December 2, 1980 Ms. Claudia Baker 2856 {1de1 i ne Dri ve Burlingame, CA. 94010 Dear Ms. Baker: We wish to advise that at their December 1, 1980 meeting the City Council sustained your appeal of the Planning Commission's denia�l of a special�permit to allow Dance Nbvement to operate an education program for children and adults at Hoov.er School, 2220 Surtunit Drive. � City Council approved your application with the following conditions: 1. that the permit be approved to Ciaudia Baker, dba Dance Movement and be non- transferable; ' 2. that the operation of the dance program be consistent with the materials filed with this application; 3. that no parking be allowed on the Hutnick easement on the north side of the _school; ' 4. that all staff and student-parking be on-site in parking spaces 1-8/42-64> such. spaces to be marked by e'r'ther^ pavement striping or signs, the plans for which sha�l be subject to the approval of the Department of Public Works; 5. that the center of the playground be kept free of vehicles; 6. that a system of markers or paving striping be prepared for peak event parking> the plans for which, shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Public Works; 7. that a 20' fire lane across the playground be kept clear at all times, such fire lane to be identified on-site to the satisfaction of the Fire Department; 8.
