Said variance from parking requirements at 860 SEanton �d, Eurlingame, is hereby approved as set forth in the project essment dated November 'L, 1978 „and revised November 22,. 197tS, wit, Curley-Bates Company may remodel 2,550 square feet of ehouse space into office space in the existing building at Stanton Road and provide 35 on-site parking spaces, with 91% said parking spaces heing allowed to be substandard.
