Rated if all features are verified by a Certified GreenPoint Ratarthrouah Build It Green. GreenPoint
Rated is provided as a public service by Build It Green, a professional non-profit whose mission Is to promote
healthy, energy and resource efficient buildings in California.
The minimum requirements of GreenPoint Rated are: verification of 50 or more points: Earn the following
minimum points per category: Energy (30). Indoor Air Ouality/Healm (5). Resources (6). and Water (9); and
meet the prerequisites A.2.a, H10e., J.2., N.1, and CO.
This checklist accommodates the verification of mandatory CALGmen measures but does not signify
