George Williams III Trust, 3190 Clearview Wav #200, San Mateo, CA, 94402, propertv owner, APN: 025-112-170; WHEREAS, said matters were heazd by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on February 27, 2006, at which rime it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption, per CEQA Article 19, Section: 15301 - Existing Facilities, Class 1(d), Restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standazds of public health and safety, is hereby approved. Said front setback variance is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such front setback variance are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further d'uected that a certified copy of tkus resolurion be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval for categorical exemption and front setback variance. 1830 Sequoia Avenue Effective March 9, 2006 that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped January 24, 2006, sheets A0.1, Al, S-1 and S-2, and that any changes to building materials, exterior finishes, footprint or location of the structural shall require an amendment to this pemut; 2. that the conditions of the Chief Building Official's January 25, 2006 memo, the City Engineer's January 27, 2006 memo, the Recycling Specialist's January 30, 2006 memo and the NPDES Coordinator's January 19, 2006 memo shall be met; that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Uniform Fire Codes, 2001 Edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame; and 4. that the applicant shall comply with Ordinance 1503, the City of Burlingame Storm Water Management and Dischazge Control Ordinance.
