(650) 69Cr7200 February 18, 1999 Peter Becker 2714 Easton Drive Burlingame, CA 94010 Dear Mr. Becker: Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the February 8, 1999 Planning Commission approval of your design review became effective February 17, 1999. This application was to allow a first and second story addition of the single-family residence at 2714 Easton Drive, zoned R-1. The February 8, 1999 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the following conditions: 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped January 15, 1999; 2. that any changes from the approved plans to the size or envelope of the second floor, which would include addi.ng or enlarging a dormer(s), changing the roof height or pitch, or changing exterior materials and windows shall be subject to design review; 3. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1995 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame. Reimbursement of the unspent portion of your design review deposit has been processed and will be mailed to the property owner under separate cover. �' i February 18, 1999 2714 Easton Drive page -2- All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one-year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be . considered by the planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first yeaz. The decision of the Council is a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
