Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish to advise
the May 14, 1984 Planning Commission approval of your Fence Exception application
became effective May 22, 1984.
This application was to allow construction of a fence which exceeds code
requirements at 2616 Easton Drive. The May 14, 1984 minutes of. the Planning
Commission state the exception was approved with the following conditions:
1. that the fence be built as described in the staff report of
May 14, 1984 and plans submitted and date stamped March 22, 1984;
and
2. that a property line survey be required if found to be needed by
the Building Department.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application
to the Building Department.
