The projeci shall identify these impacts and provide mitigation measure acceptable to the City. 1� The project shall submit hydrologic calculations from a registered civil engineer for the proposed creek enclosure. The hydraulic calculations must show that the proposed creek enclosure doesn't cause any adverse impact to both upstream and downstream properties.
