At the February 11, 2013 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed proposed
changes to a previously approved design review project at 2508 Easton Drive, zoned R-�. The
proposed changes include changing the design of the front entry door from a glazed, French-
style door with sidelight panels on either side of the door to a stain grade, solid wood door with
sidelight panels on either side of the door, as shown on the building elevations and door detail
date stamped February 5, 2013.
The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the changes and noted that they were
consistent with the design previously approved.
The approved design shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and
California Fire Code, 2010 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
