WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit for

WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said

N041, TFIEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution
be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

be 20' between the garage and the back of. the sidew�lk; and
3. that no portion of the garage shall ever be used as a dwellinq unit
and no utilities except e.lectricity shall be extended to the
garage.
