A communication was read from Mrs L. ;R. Braun-
; chv,ag,r, 437 Fourth Avenue, San Franeisco, in-
quiring if the property r3cently rezoned for the
use of the Associated Oil Company at Ill Camino
Real and Broadway extended through to Japachino
Avenue. The Secretary was instructed to advise .
her it did not run through to .;apachino .;.venue.
The Commission voted unanimously to recommend
that lot fill, in block Y6, be rezoned for Apart-
ment.s, as asked for by YIr Laak.
The set-bact> of 30 feet, asked or by the State
Highway, made this additional area to lots 1, 2
and, in block Ei, a necessity.

At the meeting of January 26, after a brief dis-
cussion, the proponents of the pe ti.tion asked for
a dioision forthwith. A IMotion was than made,
"That the petition ba denied without 1;rejudice",
and was carried unanimously.

A petition was submitted by Yr Carl juderson,
representing cur Clay Helsel and Others, request-
ing that lots 3 and 4, in block 45, (Easton
Addition, now in the apartment dis.tticts, be re-
zoned to n9mmeroial proporty--Same hold over for
Consideravion.
The aparent necessity to consolidate the various
KoninE Ordinance was discuPrid. The Seoretary is
to secure copies of all the live ones now if force.
There being no further bLLsinses, the meeting was
adjourned at 10:00 P: 1.
