K. h.irkbride, formally 3ubmittoi a tentative scheme proposed to improve the vouthwest corer of t5roadway and _ayshora _oulevard. ar. &irkbride wanted to get an opinion from the Planning commission as to the practicability of such a development as he con- templated.
