Way, zoned R-1, was approved effective November 17, 1997, with the following findings:
that the original house was built with a 5'-0" side setback which does not meet
current code requirements;
2. that the proposed addition is designed within the required building envelope
and is therefore compatible with the mass and character of adjacent
properties;
that the proposed addition complies with lot coverage, height and all other
current development requirements; and
4. that the proposed extension meets all other zoning code requirements and will
meet the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1995 Edition
as amended by the City of Burlingame, and therefore will not be detrimental
to public health, safety or welfare.
