Dear Mr. Chu,
Your request for a hillside area construction permit was reviewed by property owners within 100', the
Planning Commission and City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area construction permit for
a first floor addition and remodel along the rear of the house at 1610 Toledo Avenue, zoned R-1, was
approved effective November 29, 1999.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department.
This approval is valid for one year during which time a building pernut must be issued. One extension of up
to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first
