Dear Mr. Meyer,
Your request for a hillside area construction permit was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the Planning
Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area construction permit for a 540 SF first floor
addition at the rear of the house at 2667 Summit Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective June 20, 2003. The project must
be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped June 12, 2003, sheets Pl through P5.
The piuji�ct n :ac+ also comply with the conditions of the City Engineer's and Fire Marshal's May 19, 2003 memos, and the
Recycling Specialist's May 16, 2003 memo.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is
valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered
by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
