Mr. Carl Anderson representing Mrs Pinkham, argued that his Clients property should have been put in the Commercial Zone at the time the adjacent property was zoned, in t..at the line should have been drawn direct to the highway instead of creating a j og . Property Owners representing Chapin Avenue spoke i.. favor of business as well as widening and agreed to appoint a jommittee of five to meet with the Commission on February 17, for further study of the proposition. Members present: J. H. Mitchell, G. W. Coleman, Mr. Rapp, Miss Janet P. Rogers, Dr. Macomber, Jas Watson, C. L. Longson, and C. Macdonald. Members absent; Mayor W. W. Hives and City Attorney J. F.
