A Special Meeting of the City Planning Commission
was held in the "ity Hall, Burlingame, on Thurs-
day evening, April 14, 1938.
The meeting; was called to order at''7:50 P. M.
Members present: Jas H. Mitchalli ""hairman, A. J.
Rapp, Bliss Janet P. Rogers, C. L. Longson, Ja,meL
Watson, and C. Macdonald. Members -_absent: W. W.
Hives, G. W. Coleman, and Dr. H. Wade Nacbmber.
This meeting was called for the purpose of hold-
ing final nearing on the proposed rezoning of
Property situated on the north-easterly side of
Chula. Vista Avenue, from Reaidential to that of
Apartments.
The original request covered blocks 10 and 11 only,
but property owners present at the meatin,; requested
that th-� change in classification be extended to in-
clude' lots 7, 80 9, 10, and 11, in block J 17.
All of the Property Owners present expressed them-
selves in favor of the proposed change in class-
ifioation, no objections having beexi made, the
Commission unanimously voted to recomment that the
property described below be rezoned for Apartment
use: -Block T'10, lots 18, 199 209 211, 221 231 24, 2511
26, _7, and 2&, facing on Chula Vista Avenue, and
lots 14, 15, and 161 facing on Sanchez _-tvenue; block
ill, lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,
facing on ;hula Vista Avenue, and lots 24, 25, and
26, facing on Sanchez Avenue; portion of block J17,
lots 7, 89 9, 10, andll, facing on Chula Vista
Avenue: all located on the North-easterly side of
Chula Vista Avenue.
M. J. Kelly applied for permissio4 to erect a two
family dwelling on Iuanita Avenue, but could not be
granted account it is in residential zone.

There being no further business transacted the
meeting was djourned at 8:50 P. M.
