A Special Meetixg of the Planning Commission
was held ix.the City Hall, Burlingame, on
Thursday evening, ,duly 21. This meeting was
called for the purpose or conducting; a teatat-
i'e hearing on each of the followixg proposit-
ions, to wit:-
(1) That am Ordinance regulatixg-Apartment
Districts recently adopted, be embodied
in Ordinance Number 227 of the City of
Burlingame, as a part and parcel of that
Ordixaxes, , pursuant to the enabling Act of
1917.
P'or the motion to recommend, Mitchell,
Rapp, Jolema.m, and Macdonald. Agains.t the
motion, lions.
(2) Change classification of entire t3rritory
designated as Corbikt Subdivision from
residential to provide for two each one
family dwelling on a lot having the necess-
ary dimensions and area; also permit du-
plexes.
For the motion ro recommend, Mitchell,
Rapp, ;;oleman, and Macdonald. against, Nome.
It was formally proposed to frame a re-
solution to amend the _toning Ordinance to
cover this feature.
(3) Rezone lots j27 amd #28, block #5, Easton
Addition from provisional to business on a
restricted basis. Request of the Associated
Oil Company located at Broadway and El Camino
Real.
For the motio to recommend, Mitchell, Rapp,
Coleman, Macdonald. Against; None.
The meeting was called of order at 7:55 P. M.,
Jae H. Mitchell presiding. Other Members present,
Rapp, Coleman, and Macdonald. Members absent,
Iacomber, Rogers, Ward, Davis, Longson, Watson.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P. M.
