The r gular monthly meeting of the i'lanning
Commission was held in the amity mall., zurlingame,
on Thursday evening, September 29,*Jhairman

Macdonald. nembers absent: j. Y. Davis, miss

classifi;ation is necessary and it was decided
that in a cordanoa with the policy of the
ommission noTth favor spot zoning,to include
all the property fronting on the westerly side of
,;hula 'vis Ua .avenue from Garmelita Avenue to the
rear of lots facing on Ledgehill rise; including
also lots 12, 13, and 14, block V9, and lots 1,
2, and S, block 712, fronting on Sanchez Avenue.
Tentative hearing was s t for October e, 1968.
A petition was reeeived..from certain Owners of
proper-,y ondgehill Bray requesting, that same
be zoned for t�vo-family dwellings. Action was
deferred.
Mr. C. L. Longson advised that he was preparing
plans to widen Lurlingame Avenue by reducing the
sidewalk 3fast on each side, and Broadway, by
reducing the sidewalk 2 feet; and, asked for an
opinion from the Commission as to the practic-
ability of the scheme as proposed: The Com-
mission gave its approval.
There being no further business, the meeting
was adjourned at 9:00 P. M.
