ORDINANCE CONTROLLING OVERNIGHT PARKING OF TRAILERS AND
RECREATION VEHICLES AND PROHIBITING LIVING IN VEHICLES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.32 1805 prohibiting overnight parking of
rtain vehicles, is hereby added to the 6urlingame Municipal Code to read

Section 13.32.180 Overnight parking of recreation vehicles and

street, park or other public place within the City, other than the M-1 Zone,

Section 2. Section 13.32.190 prohibiting use of vehicles for
living quarters is hereby added to said code to read as follows:

Living in vehicles prohibited. No person shall

le home or any other vehicle for the purpose of sleeping or living quarters

Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
