AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LIMITATIONS ON RETAIL FOOD
ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE M-1 ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.42.030 of the Burlingame Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
a.
Airplane
or airplane engine manufacturing
or
repairing;
b.
Airports
or aircraft landing fields, including

k. Gasoline and oil storage, wholesale;
1. Hotels and Motels. Facilities provided may include meal and
beverage service, barber and beauty shops, smokeshops, and
similar services which are clearly incidental to the providing
of lodging accommodations;

wastes shall be so controlled
as not to
create a nuisance.
