AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING P�IETAL ROOFS AND WALLS
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame does ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. Section 18.08.240 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to allow metal coverings of
buildings and to read as follows:
"18.08.240 Section 1701 amended - Exterior metal coverin
Section 1701 of the building code is amended by adding the
following paragraph:
'The use of metal for the external covering of roofs
and walls shall be allowed as set forth in this code
provided that all materials shall be of a nonreflective
prefabricated modular siding and shall have the approval
of ICBG, the Fire Chief and the Chief Building Inspector.°"
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
