HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1266INANCE NO. 1266 AN ORDINAPdCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1 THROUGH 3, BLOCK 51, EASTON ADDITION NO. 5, FROM THIRD RESIDENTIAL (R-3) DISTRICT TO FIRST COMMERCIAL (C-1) DISTRICT. The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame P4unicipal Code and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 are hereby amended by reclassifiying Lots 1 through 3, Block 51, (APN 026- 011-020 and 026011-030) as said lots are shown on that certain map entitled: "MAP OF EASTON ADDITION TO BURLINGAME N0. 5, SAN MATED COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on August 15, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps at Page 46. from the Third Residential (R-3) District to the First Comm ercial (C-1) District; provided that said rezoning is subject to the following conditions: 1. The driveway to the access easement to E1 Camino Real shall be converted to exclusive pedestrian use and closed off permanently to vehicular use; 2. the parking lot shall be re -designed so that stall sizes, backup aisles and other required dimensions of_ the parking lot meet current January 1984 code require ments; 3. the curb on Adeline be replaced so that only two clearly defined driveways server 150II Adeline Drive; one driveway shall be marked "enter" and the other "exit", 4, the frontage on E1 Camino Real shall be landscaped so that it can no longer be used for parking, and the parking lot shall be landscaped to facilitate separat- ion of entering and exiting traffic; 5. an enclosed trash area shall be provided along the Adeline Drive frontage of the property; and 6. these above conditioned improvements to access, land- scaping and parking shall be completed before occupancy of the now vacant portions of the site; 7. No business upon the site shall be open beyond 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays; law. 8. Every use upon the site must obtain a special permit pursuant to Chapter 25.16 of the Burlingame Municipal Code. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required I, JUDITH A.
