Stated meeting of the Planning Commission held
in the City ball, Burlingame, on Thursday evening
March 239 1937. Present were das.1h. Mitchell, Go
A. Buck, Li. W. Coleman, H. C. Vollmer, 0. Longson,
d . P*. Davis, jas. Watson, ihas macdonald.
Attorney hullaok of xedwood City stated he was
representing his wife concerning the status of her
property on Burlingame Avenue in case of change in
classification.
upon being advised by the chairman that the
property involved had an apartment house on prior
to the present zoning ordinance was inforced, and
that any change that may be made would not in any
way effect the status of her property he said that
he was satisfied and was not further interrested.
A motion was made and carried that action on
the petition to rezone the 1500 block on Burlingame
Avenue would be deferred until such time as a
satisfactory survey is made and the zoning ordinance
amended where deemed necessary.
xr. varpentier advised that his objection to
apartments was to see that reasonable restrictions
be made on the size and type of buildings and that
proper clearances and setbacks be provided.
Uequestm was recieved from the .sang itealty
company for approval of map being portioned of
vak Grove manor. the matter was.held over pending
further information, mr. Mitchell to take up with
mr. Lang.
it was decided to hold an executive session
on April 8, 1937. wir. iaitchell meantime to inter-
vigw !ir. Pomeroy.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 r. bl.
