Regular meeting of the Planning Commisslon of the city
of burlingame, held in the Uity Hall on Thursday even-
ing September, 30, 1937. Meeting callid to order at
7:30 P. M. Chairman d. n. Mitchell, presiding.
Members present, a. h. Mitchell, h. P. vollmer, miss
Janet P. Rogers, Dr. h. Wade macomber, u. W. Coleman,
d ohn F. Davis, dames Watson and 0. Macdonald.

From mr. s. a. Miller to rezone from residential to
Business lot at 1000 Oak Grove Avenue, corner Linden
Avenue.
Petition fron certain Property owners on 0hapin Avenue
to change classification from _apartment house to rosiness
the entire block, both sides thereof, between Primrose

from Apartment louse to business use, property having

Uhapin Avenue.
tentative hearings were ordered held on these petitions
on uctober 14, usual notices to be sent to property
owners in the immediate neighborhood.

Matson to ascertain if the subdividing had been pro-
perly recorded. If satisfactorily executed it would
be is order to grant the request.
The .Secretary was instructed to reply to theommunic:.t-
ions from the Broadway Development Board in regard to
any request; that may be made in the classifioation of
property adjacent to Broadway, also take up with Mr.
Anderson on progress being made on tree planting.
Meeting closed at 9:15 F. M., Special meeting to be
held at 8 o'clock P. M. October 14.
