The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was held
in the City Hall,Burlingame,on Thursday evening,Ootober,
28th,1937. Meeting called to order at'7::30 PM,
James H.Mitohell presiding.
The Minutes of the Special Meeting of Ootober,14tkh,were
read and approved as read.
Mr,I.F.Mattook applied for permission to resubvide lot
No.5,blook No.10 of subdivision No.2,Burlingame Park
into three separate sections or lots. This property
is located on Chapin Sane.
The application was approved by the 0ommissi6on, with the
understanding that the area of one of the lots be increased
from 4800 sq.ft to not less than 5000 sq.ft. This to
be accomplished by deduoting an equivalent area from the
other lots,so that the area of each of the three lots
would not be less than 5000 sq.ft.:also that: a map of
such subdivision be filed with the City Engineer.

Considerable discussion took place on a proposed readjustment
of the zoning ordinance as applied to California Drive `<
from Bellevue t_b Carmelita Avenues9partioularly. No
definate action could be taken until the proposed ohanges
had been drawn up.
The Chairman advised those present and interested in other
zoning projeots,now on file,no action would be taken
pending further consideration,
The meeting adjourned At 9:15 PM.
