The minutes of the meeti _g of June 25, . 19356, were read an"
approved as read.
A Petiticn signed by Property Owners concerned requesting
that the name of the ortion cf Hoover Avenue, running in Eorth
and South direction ba cha,ngod to Ool__.mbus _venue. Tile proposed
change was approved by_the Commission.
rr. 3rnest Volk submitted a sketch of a proposed building
on =1 Camino heal, near Pillside drive. The arrangement did not
meet the approval of the Gommission, who advised Mr. Volk to re-
arrange his plans in line with suggestions made, and to resubmit
for further consideration.
A request from 1. R. Hoag to zone to Apartments lot No. 11,
} block To. 6 in subdivision No. 1, Burlingame Shore band Co. was
tentatively approved, final hearing; to take place on September

A communication i�.,as received from t.:r. Charles !,`% Parry,
1809 Easton Drive to erect a house in the rear of the lot, back
of the present house. The lot has a 50' frontage. The applic-
ation was denied.
Messrs kirkbride and Wilson , Attorneys for Mr. Duncan R.
hIacpherson submitted an application for reclassification of lot
No. 79 block Yo. 2, map of Burlingame 2.-3,rk No. 2, situated 150
ft. west of the intersection of Burlingame .eve. and �,'1 Camino
Real. It was noted that a previous application had been made
by Mr. Macpherson some three years ago �,nd that the property
mentioned underwent regular zoning procedure at that time and
that it was denied by the Commission.
It was the decision of the Commission that conditions re-
main*4 praetieually the same as they were then and that nothing
has since developed to warrant reconsideration.
