A Special meeting of the Planning Commission was held in the
City Hall, surling;ame on Thursday evening .t, ovembar, 5, 1936.

C. Macdonald, W. D. Anderson, Jas. Watson. and r. ,:1acomber.
Mayor C. i. Buck and Cite Engineer Davis reported unable to
be present.
This meeting was called at the instance of Commissioner
Vollmer for the pury ose of formulatir - , constructive program
of activities in an anticiration of future developments.
Uwing however to other projects presented requiring prompt
attention, the particular objec' for which the meeting vvia, call-
ed was not considered.
The application of 111r. W. T. Seaviell to eruct .an _Ipartment ?'ouse
at ',l Camino rceal and Broadway was approved. The building is
to cost .�17000.00 and is to be two stories.
Mr. 1. alson of Yelson and Shirkey appeared before the Jommissicn
asking approval for the orectior_ of a ?ft. fence on a vacant lot
adjoining the planing mill or_ laoward Avenue, for the :ur1 ose
of storing and drying liunber, the fence to be-7airted V.hite.

a change in the classification, mrs. Harris was advised to make
application in e.ritir_g to the City Council in the usual manner.
Permission to build five garages on a lot onl Camino Real was
denied Mr. A. Rulfs, C466 Bellevue Avenue. It having been dis-
closed no solans had been dravin of the proposed developments.

further i.nvestigation.
Owing; to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, it was decided

1936, and vanuary 7, 1937, respectively.
