RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS - COURT
RESURFACING - PROJECT NO. 206
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for
bids for COURT RESURFACING PROJECT #206, and
WHEREAS, on October 12, 1982, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Parks, and
WHEREAS, protests have been received to certain items and
procedures in the bids, and it appears that it is necessary and desirable that
all of said bids be rejected and said project be re -bid:
Be it therefore RESOLVED that all bids received on that project
known as, COURT RESURFACING - PROJECT #206 are hereby rejected, and the
Director of Parks is directed to take the necessary steps to re -bid said
project.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of November 1982,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, CROSBY, MANGINI, PaRTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
