CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. Staff in attendance: Planning Manager Ruben Hurin, Assistant Planner Fazia Ali, and Acting Assistant City Attorney Christie Crowl. 2. Should add windows or landscaping to address blank walls. > Provide a window detail. >Design of portico entry as shown on building elevations and rendering doesn't match; please correct. >Revise building elevations and renderings to accurately show depths of eaves and the bay window at the top. Design should be less compound-like and more welcoming to its surroundings. >Address shading on the south-facing wall to reduce sun exposure and heat gain. >Add exterior design details to provide more interest.
