The undersigned further acknowledges and represents that the undersi�ned has not relied on a:r�y representations or analyses of the City in connection with the location, methods, use, and construction of parking on the Property. The undersigned acknowledges that the drainage area is subject to periodic flooding. The to indemnify shall include the duty to defend as set forth in Section 2778 of the California Civil Code.
