A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING
THE FINAL PARCEL MAP (PM 24-01), LOT MERGER, AND SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION
OF PARCEL A, BLOCK 8, ANZA AIRPORT PARK UNIT NO. 6 SUBDIVISION, AND A
PORTION OF PARCEL G, BLOCK 7, ANZA AIRPORT PARK NO. 7 SUBDIVISION AT
555-577 AIRPORT BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Burlingame resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the legal description for this map action is a lot merger and subdivision of a
portion of Parcel A, Block 8, Anza Airport Park No. 6 Subdivision, and a portion of Lot G, Block 7,
Anza Airport Park No. 7; and
WHEREAS, Burlingame Municipal Code Chapter 26.08 governs the process of approval
of tentative and final maps; and
WHEREAS, at their October 25, 2021 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and
recommended approval of the tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed the above-described final map
and recommends that the City Council approve the above-described final map with the following
conditions:
1. A final parcel map for the lot merger and subdivision must be filed by the applicant
within the two-year time period as allowed by the Subdivision Map Act and the City’s
Subdivision Ordinance.
2. All property corners shall be set in the field and be shown on the map.
3. The final map shall show the widths of the right-of-way for Airport Boulevard and Bay
View Place including the centerlines of right-of-way, bearings and distances of
centerline and any existing monuments in the roadway.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final map (PM 24-01) for 555-577 Airport Boulevard is approved with the
conditions described above.
2. Staff is directed to verify that all conditions of approval are met and arrange for the
recording of the final map.

of June 2025, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
