Re: Hillside Area Construction Permit at 1551 Los Montes Drive (Project No. HACP24-0007)
Dear Applicant,
On May 27, 2025, the Planning Commission denied your application for a Hillside Area Construction
Permit for an as-built detached pergola located at the rear of the existing single-unit dwelling at 1551
Los Montes Drive, zoned R-1.
Since the Planning Commission’s action was not appealed or called up for review by the City Council,
the action became final on June 6, 2025. Per Burlingame Municipal Code Section 25.98.030 E.2., you
may not reapply for the same or similar project for a period of one year from the effective date of this
denial, or June 6, 2026.
All elements of the as-built pergola, including the foundation, posts, and roof structure must be removed
within 30 days from the date of this letter, or July 11, 2025.
