1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Staff in attendance: Planning Manager Ruben
Hurin, Senior Planner Catherine Keylon and Acting Assistant City Attorney Christie Crowl.

4. REVIEW OF AGENDA
Item 8b - 1508 Vancouver Avenue has been continued to the May 27, 2025 Planning
Commission meeting due to a lack of quorum.

Recommendation: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, approved the Major
Design Review and Special Permit as conditioned.
CEQA Determination: This project is Categorically Exempt from review purusuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Section 15301(e)(2) of the CEQA
Guidelines.
