CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Staff in attendance: Planning Manager Ruben Hurin, Senior Planner Catherine Keylon and Acting Assistant City Attorney Christie Crowl. 2. ROLL CALL Lowenthal, Pfaff, Schmid, Shores, and TsePresent5 - HoranAbsent1 - a.Rotation of Officers Rotation of Officers was continued to the May 27, 2025 Planning Commission meeting. 3. REQUEST FOR AB 2449 REMOTE PARTICIPATION There were no requests. 4. REVIEW OF AGENDA Item 8b - 1508 Vancouver Avenue has been continued to the May 27, 2025 Planning Commission meeting due to a lack of quorum. 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS, NON-AGENDA There were no public comments on non-agenda items. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR a.Approval of April 14, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes Draft April 14, 2025 Planning Commission Meeting MinutesAttachments: Commissioner Schmid made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Pfaff, to approve the April 14, 2025 meeting minutes.
