CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Staff in attendance: Planning Manager Ruben Hurin, Senior Planner Erika Lewit and Acting Assistant City Attorney Christie Crowl. 2. Recommendation: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, approve the Major Design Review, Special Permit and Variance as conditioned. This project is Categorically Exempt from review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Section 15303 (a) of the CEQA Guidelines.
