RESOLUTION N0.17-82
RESOLUTION CONTENDING RUTH JACOBS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, RUTH JACOBS will retire from the Planning Commiss
of the City of Burlingame on April 1, 1982 after over eight years
of continuous and distinguished service upon that body, and
WHEREAS, she has served three terms as Chairman of the
Planning Commission, as well as being Secretary and a very
involved member of that body, and
WHEREAS, the period of her service has been one of strong
planning activity and active growth within the City, a period
in which she has participated fully in representing the interests
of all the people of this City, and
WHEREAS, her service in the community has extended to
schools and other organizations both within and without the Citv
of Burlingame, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the service of RUTH JACOBS
be specifically recognized by this Council and that her contribut
ions to the community be memorialized,
THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame hereby
expresses it's appreciation and commendation to RUTH JACOBS for
her constant service to the community, particularly upon the
Planning Commission of this City, and look forward to her
continued presence and involvment with the City and the larger

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on the
15th day of March _ , 1982, and was adopted thereafter by
the following vote
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, CROSBY, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE

RESOLUTION COMMENDING RUTH JACOBS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, RUTH JACOBS will retire from the Planning Commission of the
City of Burlingame on April 1, 1982 after over eight years of continuous and
