If the Planning Commission's action has not been appealed or called up for review by the Council by the end of their meeting on April 21, 2003, the action becomes final. If appeals are directed in writing to the City Clerk at City Hall prior to the close of the working day on April 21, 2003, attendance at the Council meeting is not required for setting an appeal.
