costs. If the Planning Commission's action has not been appealed or called up for review by the Council by the end of their meeting on August 5,
2002, the action becomes final. If appeals are directed in writing to the City Clerk at City Hall prior to the close of the working day on August 5,
2002, attendance at the Council meeting is not requiredfor setting an appeal.
