ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT #315
HERITAGE PARK CREEK CLEANItNG AND REPAIR
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified work done
by C. W. ROEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, under the terms of its contract
with the City dated October 3, 1983, has completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and
to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as CITY PROJECT #315 - HERITAGE
PARK CREEK CLEANING AND REPAIR.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 7th day of November ,1983, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ENT: COUNCILMEN: CROSBY
