GRANT DEED FOR OLD POLICE STATION

RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
iCalifornia, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution
;of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
ito sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.

in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California on March 15, 1897, in Book "B" of Maps at Page 18, and a copy
entered in Book 2 of Maps at Page 87, more particularly described as 4

PARCEL "A":
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Howard Avenue, as wid-
ened in 1926, distant thereon 65 feet southwesterly from the southwest-
erly line of that certain 5 foot strip of land conveyed to the City of
Burlingame, by Deed from Clare F. Kemp and Mary H. Kemp, his wife, dated
February 2, 1946, and recorded February 19, 1946, in Book 1252 of
Official records of San Mateo County at Page 4 (88549-F); thence south-
westerly along said northwesterly line of Howard Avenue, 80 feet; thence
running at right angles northwesterly, a distance of 150 feet; thence
running at right angles northeasterly, a distance of 60 feet; thence
running at right angles southeasterly, a distance of 62 feet; thence
running at right angles northeasterly, a distance of 20 feet; thence
running at right angles southeasterly, a distance of 88 feet; to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL "B"
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwesterly line of Lorton Ave-
nue, formerly Middlefield Road, as widened in 1926, with the northwest-
erly line of Howard Avenue, as widened in 1926; thence southwesterly
along said northwesterly line of Howard Avenue, 65 feet; thence at right
angles northwesterly 88 feet to the true point of beginning; thence at
right angles southwesterly 20 feet; thence at right angles northwest-
erly, 62 feet; thence at right angles northeasterly 20 feet; thence at
right angles southeasterly 62 feet to the true point of beginning.
PARCEL "C":
An easement of ingress and egress for the benefit of the owners, their
heirs and assigns, tenants, visitors, guests and employees of Parcels
"A" and "B" and appurtenant to and running with said property over that
certain property situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San
Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of that certain 5 foot
strip of land conveyed to the City of Burlingame, by Deed from Clare F.
Kemp and Mary H. Kemp, his wife, dated February 2, 1946 and recorded
February 19, 1946, in Book 1252 of Official Records of San Mateo County
at Page 4, which point is distant 150 feet northwesterly from the
northwesterly line of Howard Avenue, as widened in 1926; thence at right
angles from said point of beginning, in a southwesterly direction, a
distance of 65 feet; thence at right angles southeasterly, a distance of
20 feet; thence at right angles northeasterly, a distance of 65 feet;
thence at right angles northwesterly, a distance of 20 feet to the point
of beginning.
