RESOLUTION NO. 89 -83
AWARDING CONTRACT
HERITAGE PARK CREEK CLEANING AND REPAIR
JOB NO. 315
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Heritage Park Creek Cleaning and Repair, Job #315, and
WHEREAS on September 26, 1983, the only bid for the job was
received by the Director of Public Works in the amount of $14,662.00 for
basic bid, and
WHEREAS, C.W. ROEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY submitted the only bid
for the job in the amount of $14,662.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED that the
bid of C.W. ROEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for said Job No. 315 in the amount of
$14,662.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to aoprove the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the Burlingame City Council held on the 3rd day of October ,1983,
by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: CROSBY
